
When it comes to this topic, i can talk a lot, i have read a lot of books about it and i find out, that this health issue touches more, than half of population, yes in 21 century we have huge problems of stress, worries, heart attacks and panic attacks, all this come from we can say no where, but the problem is deep inside us, not hungry, always tired, want to puke, can’t sleep, stomach pain, doctor say you are physically healthy, gives you therapy with psychologist and pills, therapy is good idea, but pills, won’t fix the problem, we are holding inside us all the pain what comes from environment, all the anger, sadness, we keep collecting it inside us, until collection is to big and it starts to effect us on our mental health, is possible to heal you, there is big tips for it i will write about it in my next post.

Hi Ilona! This is great advice and something that is much needed today. It’s true, it affects a large part of our population and I agree, pills are not the best way to go. Pills actually made things worse for me so I stopped them and that’s when things started to improve. Great thoughts here Ilona, keep it up!!😃🌞😺

Yet- another great topic to bring awareness to. I must admit- I was at one point addicted to pain medication. I used it as an escape from dealing with my pain. Pain that I was taught to keep in… and “be strong”. I was taught my painful experiences was “just the way life is”. Through maturity- I’ve learned non of this is true. I was able to see that masking the pain through my addiction was the norm in my environment (family, peers, work, etc.). I was also able to acknowledge the root of my pain was due to the trauma I faced. We are often led to believe we are over exaggerating when we express what we feel- and at times… why we feel it. Doctors tend to write a script and calls it a day. We will never heal taking this route. We only put a band-aid on the pain… feeding it with addictions and less than serving people, places, and things. I am really looking forward to your next post 😀

Hi Ilona, thank you for talking about this subject. Mental health affects so many people! I’ve dealt with depression most of my life but it comes in waves for me. 🌊 I’m currently experiencing one of the worst episodes since my semester fiasco, having to quit school… I lost my identity and who I was. 🙇♀️ I had always seen myself with being a successful student, and that was taken away from me. I feel like if we lack some sense of identity or purpose in life, that we are more prone to depression.
Do you like philosophy? I study it as a hobby but I don’t study it in school. I feel like I were to take a course, then it would zap my curiosity about this subject (what a paradox that is!). I like having the freedom of teaching myself philosophy.

What was your favorite self-help book? I stopped buying books but kept a couple of books I occasionally will read. Instead of books which I don’t really have time to read either, I switched to podcasts and listen to them on my phone. 😊🌺

It is a process of letting go.
We let go of our personal needs for control, accept the Self for the beauty we have within, and find those who will accept us for who we are; even with all our simple yet profound imperfections.
A diamond begins its journey as a lump of unrefined coal. Our psycho-spiritual journey is no different. It is a journey to refine Self away from all of those fleeting things that would cause anxiety, stress or mental woes.
Thank you for sharing and practice release, it is a powerful tool that I am working with personally for the last few weeks. While I am new to this practice, I have seen personal growth within my capacity to not let thing within that would normally bother me a great deal.
